All these cops that do these trigger happy, senseless murders all seem to look the same for some reason. It’s like a slightly inbred, corn bred, crew cut having young awkward and frightened looking kid.
When cops see cars moving around them while they are screaming their irrational orders for everyone to obey their dumb ass commands, they simply lose their minds, freak out, panic, and then end up firing shot after shot into one of the moving vehicles. In this case he jumped onto the hood of the car before firing.
