This Is Exactly Why Cops Are Pieces Of Shit

How is it not universally mandatory for every single cop in the force to wear body cams at all times, in every situation, 24/7, 365, no questions asked?  I mean in this situation the arresting officers were actually prepared to do the right thing and not arrest him, but his toolbag supervisor shows up and forces the deputy to pin made up charges on the guy in an apparent effort to avoid a lawsuit.
